I'm planning to add some hop pellets to my secondary for dry hopping. Do these pellets need to be sanitized before I add them? And if so, what's the best way to sanitize them?

Hops were traditionally used not only as a flavoring agent, but also as a preservative due to their antibacterial properties. So no need to sanitize them. If you are using a hop bad, sanitize the bag, but if no bag, just throw them in.
