I had this the other night and thought is was fantastic. Has anybody tried to clone with recipe? Let me know if anyone has a recipe or if they can think of something that would get close.

Is this the beer you are talking about?
"Atwater Vanilla Java Porter

A robust porter made with chocolate malt. We blend it with Vanilla and Java beans, and balance it with U.S. Golding Hops.

6.0% ABV"

I would find a good porter recipe and add a vanilla bean to secondary. When you get the right amount of vanilla add ~4 oz of crushed coffee beans (I like medium roast ethiopian) and steep for 12-24 hours. When the flavor is right be ready to bottle.
