Resipes for Wyeast 1007 German ale?

So in short I have Wyeast 1007 yeast, smacked and ready to go but I dont have any malt extract or anything else.

So I know I could do a German Alt or Oktoberfest, but could I do a wheat beer? I'm not a big fan of Oktoberfest and I've never had an Alt beer before.

What extract recipes could you recommend for the yeast I have? I have some wheat beers in mind but I'm not sure how it will be effected if I use the 1007.



If you are wonder why I have a smack pack ready to go and no beer, its because I smacked it 5 days ago and it has just inflated fully. It was an old pack and wasn't inflated by the time I was pitching my yeast.
