i have a 6 gal batch of cider (apfelwien variation) that i cold crashed at .015 and then racked to secondary to to bring down a few more points before bottling, im using safail s-04 yeast.
i did all this about 5 days ago and my cider has been at 65F for most of that time but theirs been absolutely no activity in the air lock.
has the cold crashing completely stopped the fermentation or has it just been slowed way down. i only need it to drop 5 more points so i dont mind a point per week drop as long as its still going.
