WYeast 2206 Bavarian Lager

Anyone smarter than me see any critical issues with either recipe?

Mmmm... that Simcoe PA looks very tasty to me. I brewed something very similar recently, but used Amarillo where you used Simcoe. Should turn out great...

Don't know much about Munich Dunkel/Lagers, but from my limited knowledge of the style, it looks solid.

Thaks for the reply guys. Does anyone have any experience brewing the Munich, and any feedback on the recipe above? (This will be my first wack at the style.)
