From concentrate?

Hi, I have two batches of apfelwein that is fermenting now. I did some researches about apfelwein, so I went to the grocery story and I bought 44 L of cheap apple juice.(Yes I looked like insane) But afterwards, I realised that some people said to not take apple juice from concentrate. My juice is made of concentrate, but it is written that it's 100% pur. It is OK to take this juice for making apfelwein? I don't want to throw all this stuff away

That's fine. You just don't want preservatives in it, like sorbate, no matter if it's concentrate or regular juce.

I made a batch that was bottled juice that said, "made from concentrate" and it is awesome man!!

However, I made a batch that was in concentrate, and you add water to it (little can), I hate hate hate hated the flavor... it was just plain old NASTY! I would stay away from those, unless you know it tastes good with no off flavors when mixed regularly. My $.02.
