I read a thread a long time ago about ruining different materials (stainless, plastic) by leaving them in contact with oxiclean or starsan for a long period of time. I can't remember which it was.
What if anything can I leave in my corny keg when it is empty and stored for 2-6 weeks? I'm worried that starsan would etch the stainless..
