Been a while since I've been there but http://www.secondstreetbrewery.com/ was phenomenal. It was actually their ESB that got me hooked on craft beer and started me homebrewing. If you travel south to Albuquerque I've also heard great things about www.lacumbrebrewing.com/ Enjoy your trip. Lived there for 3 years and it's an amazing place.

We went to the Santa Fe brewery last year and it was enjoyable. Mind you it is a brewery only But they have food and music outside. http://www.santafebrewing.com/brewery_tasting_room

I second the Santa Fe Brewing Company. I went to the Eldorado Taphouse. They had a varied selection and the Imperial Java Stout is one of my favorites.
Hard to beat $2 pints on Tuesdays at the Eldorado Taphouse and Wednesdays at the brewery.

I liked the Santa Brewing beers and a Marble pilsner.
However I thought six of the seven Second Street Breweries samples not good, but ...
The Alien Burger at SSB was not only the best green chili cheeseburger I had in Santa Fe
(out of three) but it may be the best burger I have ever had.
