Any clean ale yeast would be correct to style. RVA 104 apparently is from HeadyTopper.

The taste is very smooth with nothing jumping out at you as dominant. My friends have commented that there is something different about it they can't put their finger on. But, having done a few beers with a similar grain bill I think it is the oat malt. The oatws gives a thought in your head of barnyardy flavor but it is not there enough to put your finger on it. Considering I did a single infusion mash at 152deg this beer is pretty clear with it's grain bill.

The style Koyt is apparently primarily Oat and Wheat malt with some barley thrown in for conversion.

This beer is definitely going into my lineup of brew agains.
