Hi everybody,
One of the find Florida beers that I tried on my recent vacation was the Copp 1821...ESB with some gator bites, on King's Bay after a manatee tour; it was a fine day! I really enjoyed this beer, but as I wasn't at the brewery, couldn't get any details on it. By chance would any of you have some of the brewing statistics or ingredients (OG/plato, FG, hops, adjuncts)? I've been Googling a bit around 19th century ESB/bitter, but haven't come up with much.
Any guesses at the recipe would also be appreciated.
Thanks!
