Hey,
I have been brewing beer for about two years now and my father as become one of my main customers. He is more of a wine person so he asked me to make a Merlot.

I ordered an "Island Mist Black Raspberry Merlot" wine kit (along with bottles, corks, corker, etc...) and was wanting some suggestions on how to learn to make wine.

Should I use the instructions that come with the kit?
Any good websites to help me understand the process?

Cheers,

Hey, another fellow from Sparta, Tn. Wildwest is from that neck of the woods.

I'm be watching this thread, SWMBO wants wine for christmas, next year.

Follow the extremely easy directions. I am ready to bottle my first kit and finishing up my second and they both taste good already.

Follow the directions as closely as possible at least the first time. There's certainly no better instructions than the ones the kitmaker gave you. For info, use this website or the biggest and most populated of them all winepress.us.
