What do you predominately use for cleaning most of your kit.
I'm taking it for granted most people rinse in hot water then use something additional.

I'd like to compile a list so if your product isn't listed then please add then next number to it.

1. Oxyclean (an industrial version)
2. PBW (Powdered Brewery Wash) - Caked on deposits, similar to oxiclean usage.
3. Bleach Soak (~1c/5gal) When visibly clean, but I want a good single cleaning/sanitizing step
4. Hot water no detergent
5. If it's stainless, BKF.
6. Dish soap.
7. TSP (tri-sodium phosphate solution)
8. dishwasher detergent.Calgonite brand
10. Anti-bacterial dish soap
11.Antiformin S (it's like bleach but with more caustic). It's rapid! A 20% bleach solution makes an excellent cleaner too.
12. BLC for the hoses/connectors/faucets.
13. an unbranded powdered beer line cleaner (not BLC) I get from the LHBS for cleaning my keg lines
14. Straight-A (percarbonate cleaner)

i guess like this?

I use Palmolive dish soap with bleach alternative, because, you know, the bleach alternative sanitizes it too! ;)

Seriously...I use OxyClean on everything except the aluminum kettles (it turns it really dark)...which I use PBW for.

8. dishwasher detergent.Calgonite brand

It's a powder. It doesn't contain rinse aid, fragrances or dyes. It does however contain the power to clean everything really quickly, including the skin off my hands. It cost about 3 bucks for a 1.4kg box. I don't measure it, I just pour a bit in whatever I'm cleaning. For the price I don't really care if I use more than I need.

I use Oxyclean for just about everything. One in a while I'll use a little Barkeeper's Friend on the stainless.

Oxiclean. Barkeeper's Friend (liquid version) is handy too.

I just bought six pounds of straight
9. sodium percarbonate/Soda crystals
(the active ingredient in Oxiclean) so I'll see how that compares.

11.Antiformin S (it's like bleach but with more caustic). It's rapid! A 20% bleach solution makes an excellent cleaner too.

Unscented dish soap for fermenters, carboys, and all the small stuff; PBW for the kegs; oxyclean for the bottles; and
12. BLC for the hoses/connectors/faucets.

13. an unbranded powdered beer line cleaner (not BLC) I get from the LHBS for cleaning my keg lines
14. Straight-A (percarbonate cleaner) for nasty stuff and getting labels off
and Ivory dishwashing liquid for normal cleaning jobs, like washing my brewpot.
For cleaning really nasty used kegs, I have used Bar Keeper's Friend.

Hot water... that's it. Scrub with my hand if I need to. Then on to sterilizer. Now, if something has some gunk/marks I can't get, I use bleach and hot water, then rinse, then on to sterilizer. Haven't had a problem yet.

Oxiclean free. Removes the nastiest gunk from my fermenter without scrubbing.

BeerCanuck chiming in
Cleaner: OxyClean
Sanitizer: StarSan

Just thought Id include an interesting tube link that shows a differing perspective;
Part 1

Part 2

I have never attempted mead before
But I think if I did it should have a taste just like honey (Jesus&MaryChain song)
