I'm ready to bottle some stout that I would like to add coffee to. Could I brew a pot of coffee put it into the bottle bucket with the stout, and if so how much coffee grounds should I use for 5gal?

I've never tried it, but according to this -

- you should certainly be able to add coffee at the bottling stage. I've heard it said that adding too little of a new ingredient is better than too much when you're not sure of quantities, though I guess it'll probably depend on how much you like coffee.

If you search, there have been a few threads on this. My last coffee stout was brewed with coffee added to taste at bottling.
