My first blow off

In so proud... got my first blow off today.

Woke up this morning and went to check on my brews. As im getting closer, I can hear the airlock bubbling away nicley. I was expecting to see the clear liquid (vodka) bubbling in the airlock, but instead theres a strange yellow/brown colour in there... some of me apfelwien made it to the airlock.



And the room smells like apple juice now... I love this hobby...

Had a nice one once that clogged the airlock and sent a nice mess all over walls, ceiling, washer, dryer, floor, cabinets......wife was not happy.
