Ok so I saw BierMuncher's awesome looking Tit-up IIPA recipe and decided to tackle it myself. So he's what I managed to come up with what I had on hand.

17 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) Bel (3.0 SRM)
1 lbs Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM)
1.2 lbs Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L (10.0 SRM)
5.0 oz Honey Malt (25.0 SRM)

1.00 oz Summit [20.00 %] (60 min) (First Wort Hop)
1.00 oz Columbus (Tomahawk) [14.00 %] (45 min)
1.00 oz Galaxy [15.00 %] (30 min)
0.50 oz Ahtanum [6.00 %] (30 min)
1.00 oz Nugget [13.00 %] (30 min)
1.00 oz Crystal [3.50 %] (15 min)
2.00 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (15 min)
1.00 oz Ahtanum [6.00 %] (10 min)
1 lbs Corn Sugar (Dextrose)

1.25 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (Dry Hop 14 days)
1.25 oz Ahtanum [6.00 %] (Dry Hop 14 days)
1.50 oz Galaxy [15.00 %] (Dry Hop 14 days)

I have no idea how this hop profile is going to come out in the end considering this is my first big beer. At 150 IBUs and 9.5% alcohol (estimated) I hope it comes out pretty decent.

Anyone have any insight to Ahtanum and Galaxy hops in this concoction of mine? I had them laying around without any idea of what to do with them so I threw them in here lol.

Edit: I know the .5oz of Ahtanum looks odd at 30 min, it was actually an accident I mixed up the packets right before brewing woopsie
