3rd Batch of Family Brewing

Never realized how much fun it is to brew your own. Got a batch of Imperial Pale Ale bottled just started drinking it 3 weeks after bottling tastes great ,good head,a little strong on the Alc.,but really has a grand aroma. Second batch bottled is an English Brown bottled week ago. Tonight we brewed a Kolsch and got it in the primary now. We hit our O.G. At 1.045 in 4.5gal. We are wetting our beaks on kits and look forward to doing our own thing down the road.

That's what I'm afraid of.

Aint nuttin ta be afeared of.....it only hurts the first few times you open the pocket book. After that you convince yourself you gotta have it to make more beer. Cheers
