All I got to say is eff, effin yeah! Put together a dank maple porter today, all grain, and got 77 percent efficiency, while aiming for 75 in beer tools.

You all have to understand, in my first brew I went all grain, screwed up hard, stuck sparge issues, so many other issues... My last 5 had been extract with steeped grains. This one though, couldn't have gone better.

I hate to toot my horn, but damn. It feels good to get it right.

I also implemented my guilt free wort chiller/lawn hydration device. Now I don't have to hear water dumping in ONE spot of the lawn, making a mud bath.

I also do the guilt free chilling, but with a little more labor :(
I collect my chiller runoff in a tub and use it to water the bushs, flowers, ect.
It does feel a lot better doing this than watching your water run down the alley!

you must brew a lot, your grass is super green!:mug: Its great to hear you had a great brew day, keep it up. cheers

yeah I wish that was the case, it's been raining like every day in new england. not today though! Thought I'd post the recipe, hopefully it comes out well.

Nice to hear! 75% is damn good. I did my second AG today and hit my numbers as well, only 70% though. I feel like AG is much more rewarding.
