I just mixed up a Blueberry Cyser, and thought I'd make a thread in case you guys wanted to follow along and/or give me some tips.

Day 1:

Ingredients:
3 gal unfiltered raw apple juice
~3 lbs honey ('Mountain Gold' variety. It's made about 20 miles from where I live. The bees hang out around a lot of mountain wildflowers.)
0.25 gal (1 quart) blueberry juice
1 packet Pasteur Champagne yeast
3 tsp yeast nutrient

Stats:
SG: 1.082 (~11% ABV at dryness)

I mixed it all up and sprinkled the yeast on top. I'm thinking about adding frozen blueberries in the secondary. Any suggestions on how much? Also when should I rack to secondary. I'm thinking I'll check in 4 weeks. Is that too long?

Thanks!

If you can get wild blueberries use them. They are much smaller than the one

you see at the grocery store but they are twice as sweet. I get my wild

blue berries in frozen 3# bags I forget the brand name but 3# would sound about right for your recipe
