And what are you brewing?

I'm brewing a variation of the Lake Walk Pale Ale.:D My grains were toasted today and I'm kind of stoked about it. I'll be diluting my filtered tap water with distilled by 50% and building it up from there.

Currently 35 minutes left of boiling an Irish Stout does that count? We transfered an Irish Red earlier today, and are celebrating by pre-drinking our holiday!

Doing a caramel amber ale - 5.5 gals.

Racking 8 gals of blueberry mead.

Drinking the first bottle of an IPA that has been carbing.

Starting 6 gals of a Merlot.

Busy day....

OK, I'll bite. What is BDSA?

Sorry, Belgian Dark Strong Ale, often called a "Quad".

Vital Statistics:
OG: 1.075 - 1.110+
IBUs: 15 - 25+
FG: 1.010 - 1.024
SRM: 12 - 20
ABV: 8 - 12%+

Commercial Examples: Rochefort 10 (blue cap), Westvleteren 12 (yellow cap), Chimay Grande Reserve (Blue), Rochefort 8 (green cap), St. Bernardus Abt 12, Gouden Carolus Grand Cru of the Emperor, Abbaye des Rocs Grand Cru, Gulden Draak, Kasteelbier Bière du Chateau Donker

I'm almost done with a 90m mash, 1.100 (hopefully). Sparging soon.

Brewing a Kolsch today.. Not very Irish, but **** it. I was going to be making an Irish red, but the starter needs some more time, while my Kolsch starter is going bananas.

I will be observing St Pattys day by drinking. Brewing an Irish Red tomorrow, most likely with a hangover :cross:

Brewing my 100th brew today!

I didn't have any centennial hops left so I opted for cascade on my "2 hearted IPA clone".
