After a bit of an unscheduled (and unwanted) break from brewing, I am about to get back to it on Tuesday (July 5th)

Here is the recipe I have worked on over those 3 months (first put it together in April)

American Stout

Recipe Type: Partial Mash
Yeast: WLP004
Yeast Starter: Yes
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Est Original Gravity: 1.084
Est Final Gravity: 1.021
IBU: 31
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 39
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 28 @ 70 degrees
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): None
Tasting Notes: Looking for a nice bold stout with a hint of chocolate.

Ingredients Amount Item Type % or IBU
3.3 Light Liquid Extract
8.00 lb American Two Row
1.00 lb Crystal 120L
0.75 lb Roasted Barley
0.75 lb Chocolate Malt
0.50 lb Flaked Oats

1.00 oz US Golding Hops (60 Min)
1.00 oz Cascade Hops (30 Min)

Doing Partial Mash for 1 hour and 1 hour boil.
