Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 39
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 28 @ 70 degrees
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): None
Tasting Notes: Looking for a nice bold stout with a hint of chocolate.

8.00 lb American Two Row
1.00 lb Crystal 120L
0.75 lb Roasted Barley
0.75 lb Chocolate Malt
0.50 lb Flaked Oats
1.00 oz US Golding Hops (60 Min)
1.00 oz Cascade Hops (30 Min)
Doing Partial Mash for 1 hour and 1 hour boil.
