Does anybody use Irish Moss with a plate chiller? I know many go to great lengths to keep hop residue out of their chillers and I was wondering if Irish Moss would plug a plate chiller just like hop residue. I got to looking at the teaspoon of moss I was planning on using and decided to use Whirlfloc instead. Any experiences out there?
