slightly burnt after taste

i am on my #3 batch of blackrock ipa and for some reason i am getting a slightly burnt after taste BUT ONLY ON SOME BOTTLES it was all bottled at the same time stored in the sameplace and in the same kind of bottles (reused pop bottles) does any body have any ideas what happened can i drink them anyway
