Hi all,
I had some leftover juice extract from some other projects, so I repackaged it into a clean empty PET soda bottle.
I went to kick up the blueberrieness of a blueberry mead and opened the concentrate and when I opened it, tons of CO2 came rushing out. Well the stuff is so thick it made heavy duty bubbles, and couldn't see any carbonation, because its dark and thick.
I tasted it and it tastes like it should, there's no mold islands in either.
I hit it with some potassium sorbate, just in case its saveable.
So.....
What do you all think? Toss it? Keep it? Use it?
Thanks
Johann
