Maybe cut the chocolate malt and shoot for something of a sessionable IPA? 47 IBU's in a 4% ABV beer will likely go along ways.

Nah, just dial back on the hops and make a nice english mild

say 1/2 oz fuggles at 45 mins and the other 1/2 at 10 mins, save the Perle for another brew. i'll stick that into beer smith for you later if you want.

Thats very cool of you...Id appreciate that.

On a similar not I should just go and get BeerSmith. Hopefully it works with a Mac.

Beersmith has a Mac version and a 21 day free trial.

The beer sounds like it would turn out to be a low alcohol American amber. A good lawn mower beer.

I think that a Mac version just came out. If so, get it. Such a good tool...

That looks pretty good to me, might do something like that myself with Nottingham yeast and a little Carapils.
