the og was 1080 and the reading yest was 1020,instructions say target is 1010, will i let it sit for another couple of days????

If you still see active fermentation, then letting it sit for another week should do the trick. The wine kits I make require primary fermentation for at least two weeks, but longer won't hurt it any.

Yup...good advice. The dates are just suggestive and approximate, and everything should be based on your readings.
