I've got a 5 gallon batch of Porter that has been in primary for 3 weeks and secondary for 3 days with the expectation that my GE 7.0 cf freezer would be here tomorrow. I've cold crashed the beer for clarity. Is it too late to bottle condition or should I just keg it and let garage temps control beer temp? It's in the 20s to mod 40s in Michigan now.

Thanks for any advice.

Either/or! You can definitely keg it and let it sit (as long as it doesn't freeze), or you can bottle it.
