How was it?
Terrapin is currently on my list of "havent had a bad beer yet" but I havent had that.
I just finished a 64oz growler of Ballast Point Victory at Sea solo.
I delayed my bottling session until tomorrow.
Sensory evaluation sample of a 1L step up starter of cultured Coniston yeast after I decanted it off, while making starter wort for the next step up.
Unless you get one soon, I wouldn't bother. This one is a little underwhelming really. I think the hops faded quickly and it comes across as a little soapy (in a perfumy sense). Still decent, probably about 3.5/5. It's probably closer to a Recreation Ale than a Hopsecutioner.
