Newbie question on fittings

Hi,

I have just found these:

If place two of those in a stainless steel brewpot, how do I connect a copper spiral to those inside the pot?

Links to the actual fittings needed would be super!
(or if you know of a better alternative)

you need pre threaded pipe for the inside, unless you have a threader(they are cheap) and copper is easy to thread. if this is going to be a MLT then just a little threaded pipe to a stainless braid would do.

Excellent, thank for the reply

Sounds easy.
So I bend the long copper pipe (need to find a food grade), thread it at both ends, and screw the thru-wall fitting on them?

(braid is that another word for the thru-wall or a washer or ?)

Braid == stainless steel toilet hose with the ends cut off and the rubber taken out.
