Can you bottle condition too hot? I've got a brew belt, but the closet I've been keeping the carboy and bottles in has kept the carboy at a very nice constant 66. You guys said on here that the bottles should be at 70+ so I have been just trowing the brew belt around some bottles and rotation it every once in a while. Is that good or bad?

We did? I just let my bottles sit in my basement. The current temperature is 55F. I would just leave the bottles alone.

I bottle condition at 70-75, at least for the first 3 weeks. Never had a problem with carbonation or weird flavors from that.
