Looks nice! Did you weld the stand yourself or have someone local do it?

I'm very lucky and have a good friend who can weld and made this for me. Built the stand and modified the kegs. Designed all the plumbing.

Vertical tube is the RIMS. The horizontal tube is a filter of sorts. The filter catches enough grain that we don't get stuck sparges.

Since this a high gravity thread, I just want to say I'm happy as hell with the EBC-III! We did a double batch last night. Worked great!!
