Hey this is my first post and i was wondering if I can get your opinion on a recipe I developed. I've brewed 2 Extract with grains recipes and I want to make the jump to All Grain for my next batch. What are your thoughts on this Belgian wit recipe I created today?
Peach Belgian Wit

5 lbs 2-Row Malt
5 lbs Red Wheat Malt
1 lbs Munich 10L Malt
.5 lbs Honey Malt
.5 lbs Caramel 60L Malt
.5 lbs Caramel 80L Malt

5 lbs Frozen Peaches

1 oz Liberty Hop Pellets
1 oz Palisade Hop Pellets

Wyeast 3942 Belgian Wheat
