Help! My recipe is in danger!

My buddy was supposed to pick up hops. He didn't. 2oz Hallertauer, 7oz Saaz, 1oz Cascade. Trying for a Oberon-type wheat.

Need advice on substitutions. I'm thinkin' just subbing Tettnang for the Saaz, and maybe a little Willamette with the Hallertauer.

My recipe:
Brewer: Rusty Kettle Brewery
Beer: Overlord Style: American Wheat
Type: All grain Size: 11 gallons
Color: 7 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 29 IBU
OG: 1.059 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 5.7% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: 10 lb. American 2-row
8 lb. 8 oz. Wheat malt
1 lb. 8 oz. American Munich
1 lb. American crystal 20L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: minutes SG 1.050 13 gallons
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
2 oz. Saaz (aroma)

I have a really old oz of Hallertauer,
Lots of Tettnang pellets (Gr)
4oz Cascade
8oz Simcoe
8oz Amarillo
8oz Warrior
8oz Magnum
2oz Perle
4oz Willamette
1oz NB
4oz old Chinook

Suggestions?

Thanks,
Dave
