Beer, not rocket chemistry
I have a filter cannister I sometimes use for clarifying my beers. I tend to use a 1 micron filter because they are readily available and get the job done. I am considering using a 1 micron ceramic filter, but can not find any good information of them. I don't see any reason not to use one, but before I spend $30 on one I thought I would check with the experts.:rockin:
