Does anybody know if Weyermann Carahell is a good substitute for Crystal 15? or even Crystal 10 in smaller amounts?

From what I understand Wyermann doesn't make products called "Caramel 10" or "Crystal 10", all of their Crystal malts have names like Carahell, Carared, etc.
So if the degree lovibond matches up, I suspect the flavor profile will be the same. I've always been happy with all of their malts, so they should be exceptional products

Yes, but it is a 10L crystal.
