pumpkin ale question

Hey all... I am going to be brewing yuri's thunderstruck ale for the fall season.. and i as thinking of adding a small amount of honey to it.. i was wondering if this would bring out some sweetness or would this completely destroy the whole thing..also if i was to add this would i do it in the boil if so at what point / time frame

If you are looking at adding sweetness, you might also try lactose which is a non-fermentable sugar.

Don't bother with honey. Use more crystal malt or maybe some honey malt.

...or brew it as is and adjust from there by backsweetening with lactose or Splenda...
