I had bottled a batch of an Amber ale a few weeks ago and they have been sitting in my room since. Is it ok to leave them out at room temp until i am ready to refrigerate before drinking ?

Yes,
Your beer can be stored for as long as you wish at room temp. If your room is hot then it may be best to find someplace cooler but in general it is no problem.
I usually have 6month old beers in my basement, some are over 2years old. High gravity beers will usually keep longer than lite beers and dark beers store longer than pale.

Yes, in fact I prefer it except for very long-term storage. It ages and conditions faster at room temperature.

Ok great glad to hear i do not have to rush out and by a Fridge!
