I know there's plenty of mash tun and paddle pics, but I had too. Just got done making my new mash tun and mash paddle. I found a basket from a large coffee maker my father had saved and I turned it into the false bottom by drilling some more holes and rummaging for some left over parts from an old faucet. Found a cool banjo style copper piece that worked perfectly to mount the false bottom to the valve.

Decided if I'm going to now have a mash tun, I gotta have a paddle. Made this from a piece of poplar that was in the shop as well.

Whats your first all grain recipe going to be?

Not sure. Looking for good ones. Thinking of a wheat (the GF is not a fan of my stouts). But it's up in the air at this point.
