I've got my water and additions figured out but have a new problem. I just realized I don't have a good way to measure my additions. My hop scale will read in 1/8oz increments. How close is close enough. I'm brewing Sun. so I really don't have time to order anything and considering the free pass I'm getting for Sun,(all day) I would hate to put it off.
