I want to add a thermometer to my MLT, just like many of you have on your 10 gallon rubbermaids. Whats the best way to install one as far as placement, and sealing? etc?

I just got the one from austinhomebrew.com All you do is drill a 7/8"hole into the MLT and install the bulkhead, and the thermometer fits right in. As far as placement I dont think it matters much to be honest. I figure I'll put mine a few inches from the bottom
