Hi all....It's been almost 24 hrs. since I pitched the yeast (S-04) and my oatmeal stout is cranking away now. I just walked by it and noticed a slight sulphur smell....is this normal?
Also, I noticed that the nice foam krausen has disappeared and the brew is rolling around like it's boiling.....again, is this normal? I'm still pretty new to AG and am not sure if some of things I'm seeing are normal in AG brewing.
Thanks

S04 is a fast fermenter - however let it be for a few weeks, resist the temptation to do anything with it once your obvious signs of ferment are over.
