I found a recipe that calls for 1# Dingeman's Caramel Pils. This stuff isn't the same as Briess CaraPils, so what would be a good substitute that Midwest sells?

I want to try and order my ingredients tonight so if anyone has any insight let me know!

Haven't used it, but from the description, I'd substitute half dextrine malt and half C10L.

That's what I figured after reading the description, but thanks for the veteran assurance.

I'm buying a Northern Brewer Kit from Midwest in parts to save a little cash.
