Any problem diluting cooled wort?

Hi folks,

I'm thinking of maxing out our equipment to make enough for 15 gall of Special Bitter and then diluting the chilled wort with cold tap water (well-water, in my case) to give 20 gall of Ordinary Bitter.

ISTR that this is what BMC does.

(Not that we should be trying to copy what they do. :ban:)
