Hey,
I have an old recipe kit for a honey porter that I never got around to making. Its pretty old so im just gonna downsize it to put into my old Mr Beer fermenter. I dont care how it comes out but i just figured since i have the ingredients why throw it out. I ordered 15g of dried yeast to make it with. My question is since the 15g is usually for a 5 gal batch how much should i use for the 2 gal Mr beer batch? Can i use all 15 g? Thanks.

In my limited time I have had good results with pitching a entire 11 gram packages of Nottingham in my Mr. Beer. I think you will be fine. You may be overpitching slightly, but not enough to notice any off flavors.

ok thanks, I think i am going to use almost the whole package. I will leave just a little bit out.
