I have made the famous Apfelwein recently. Used 4 Cinnamon sticks to flavor with in 3 gal batch. I want some apple taste with it. Currently there is none. What do you suggest I use to get the apple flavor?
No haze. Stabilize if you don't plan to carbonate. I used two 12 oz cans of frozen concentrate in a 5 gallon batch, and would prefer it sweeter, so next batch is going to get three .
