Depends on what kind of beer you want to make. You can do 5gal of pretty much any style or 7-8 of some lighter ABV beer
 
Well, according to the Green Bay Rackers, you can mash 25 pounds of grain at a ratio of 1.25 quarts of water per pound and it will take up 9.81 gallons. So, I'd say you can brew any recipe that has a grain bill 25 pounds or less.

For example: Edwort's Haus Pale Ale is 10.5 lbs of grain for a 5.5 gallon batch. You could easily brew a 10 gallon batch of that.
