So I bought my specialty grains for an extract brew with the intentions of brewing that day. Well things came up and I was not able to brew. This was 2 weeks ago and I'm wondering if these grains are ok to use being that they were crushed and stored in a paper sack. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Two weeks is no issue. If it's going to be more than a month, I would vacuum pack and/or freeze them. If you can vacuum pack them, I would use that option. They should be good for many months that way.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm hoping to squeeze a brew day in this week, but uf not I will definitely vacuum pack those bad boys! Thanks again
