I recently put together an ESB recipe and since I've never brewed this style before I'd like to get some feed back on the recipe before buying the ingredients. Note this recipe is inspired by Fuller's ESB, but I added cascade hops to add some citrus character to the beer.

Malts:
10.5 lbs Maris Otter
1 lb. Crystal 40
0.5 lb Carapils

Hops Schedule:
1.5 oz Cascade (60 min.)
0.5 oz each EKG and Fuggles (20 min.)
0.5 oz each EKG and Fuggles (5 min.)
0.5 oz Cascade (flameout hop addition)

Yeast:
Wyeast London ESB Ale (1968)

Misc:
1/3 oz Burton Water Salts

I think your recipe looks fine for what you want to make. One consideration would be that the late-addition Cascade may balance out or overwhelm what I think are more subtle hops in EKG/Fuggles but you won't know unless you try. Though I do see you are adding 1oz combined of EKG and Fuggles, so you may be alright. Time will become a factor in how long those Cascades stick around too. I dryhopped a similarly-EKG hopped IPA with 0.5-1oz Chinook and Chinook was the character of the beer. Had to be drunk quickly to keep that finishing quality.

I'd personally skip the carapils but you may have reasons to keep it.
