Hi there 1st time post so please be patient. I've made a few batches of bitter already I normally barrel it up in a 5 gallon pressure barrel the white plastic ones with a little tap on. But I'm wondering if I could barrel my next batch in a real brewery keg(the 70 pint metal ones) and use a real bar pump, we have our own works bar you see. I'm wondering how I would go about sealing the keg for secondary fermentation, and the be able to hammer the pump equipment in when it's ready? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Rich
