My wife is from Kansas City and loves Boulevards Zon witbeer. I have searched for a clone recipe but haven't been able to find one. If someone could point me in the right direction or suggest a recipe that would be close enough she would be most greatfull.

STYLE: Belgian-style Witbier

Boulevard’s summer seasonal is our interpretation of a classic Belgian witbier. ZŌN (Flemish for “sun”) combines the subtle flavors of coriander and orange peel with other traditional ingredients to create a delightful, refreshing summertime brew.

AVAILABILITY: April through August; bottles and draught

INGREDIENTS: Pale malt, unmalted soft red winter wheat & malted white wheat. Magnum and Simcoe hops

STARTING GRAVITY: 10.8 degrees Plato

ALCOHOL: 3.5% by weight, 4.4% by volume

BITTERNESS UNITS: 12 IBUs

AVERAGE EBC COLOR: 7.4
