I left a pack of hops out for a couple of weeks, it's in a vacuum sealed bag, will these be worth using or should I just toss them?

As long as they were unopened, I suspect they're fine. My LHBS has them hanging from unrefrigerated pegs on the wall and they are always good.

A couple of weeks isn't a problem. Some, like Fuggle and Cluster, will only lose 25% of the AA in 6 months, others can lose 50% or more.

would that LHBS happen to be Brew Depot?

'sho 'nuff! They seem to know what they're doing, so I figure if they're not refrigerating unopened hops then it must be OK for short periods of time. I'd refrigerate if I wasn't going to use them right away, though. Can't hurt.
